AIMS & OBJECTIVES
Department of History has been established in 1998-99. The History department has established a separate study circle in 2004-05. The History department has been tuned with the following objectives:

  • To inculcate ethical, spiritual democratic value and scientific view among the students.
  • To create patriotic and international harmony.
  • To promote the humanistic spirit without thinking of gender discrimination, religious belief and language.
  • To ensure respect in the mind of student in association with national integrity and unity.

  • Celebration of  Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj  birth  Anniversary on 26 June 2018 
  • Celebration of Lokmanya Bal Gangadhar Tilak Death Anniversary and Lokshahir Anna Bhau Sathe Birth Anniversary  on the occasion of Dr.Rameshwar Solanke and Dr. Balasaheb Labade delivered the lecture  onLokshahir Anna Bhau Sathe .also organsing a Quiz Competion  on the two great personalities 01 August 2018
  •  Organisation of Essay Comptetion  on 15 August 2021 celebration of Azadika Amrut Mahostav Activitiy
  • Participation of  felicitaion Ceremony of Covid -19  in the  Celebration f Matma Gandhiji  and Lal Bahadur Shastri on 2 October 2018.
  • Arrangement of gust  lecture of Dr.Anand Kambale on Dr.Babasaheb Ambedkar in the  Celebration of Dr.Babasaheb Ambedkar Mahaparinirvan -Din  on 6 December 2018.
  • Celebration of shivjayanti by organising a Online Vedio Lecture of Historian Shree Ninad Bedekar  on 19 Februvary 2019
